Bolt Mobile Return and Warranty Policy

Returns require all packaging and a copy of your receipt. Product must be in resalable condition at the sole discretion of Bolt Mobile staff. Special order items are not returnable or refundable once the order has been placed.

Warranty requires a copy of your receipt. Some warranties can be fulfilled by Bolt Mobile on behalf of the manufacturer, and for some you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Single Use (Non-Rechargeable) Batteries

  • Return Period: 30 days if unopened. Not returnable if opened
  • Warranty Period: No warranty

Rechargeable Batteries

  • Return Period: 30 days. Packaging can be opened but must be returned in good condition.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Replaced in-store after an overnight test

Custom or Rebuilt Batteries

  • Return Period: No Returns
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Repaired or replaced in-store.

Prepaid PINs (phone minutes)

  • Return Period: No Returns
  • Warranty Period: No Warranty

Phone Cases (Otterbox, Lifeproof, Nimbus 9, Blue Element, Kate Spade)

  • Return Period: 30 days. Packaging can be opened but must be returned in good condition.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Replaced in-store.

Phone Cases (Other Brands)

  • Return Period: 30 days. Packaging can be opened but must be returned in good condition.
  • Warranty Period: No Warranty

Screen Protectors

  • Return Period: 30 days if unopened. Not returnable if opened or installed, whether by you or by us on your behalf.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Replaced in-store.

Headphones, Headsets, and Speakers (JLab, BlueParrott, House of Marley)

  • Return Period: 30 days if unopened. Not returnable if opened
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Replaced in-store

Headphones, Headsets, and Speakers (Other brands)

  • Return Period: 30 days if unopened. Not returnable if opened
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Contact manufacturer for instructions.

Apple Watch, Beats Audio, Samsung Watch

  • Return Period: 15 days if unopened. Not returnable if opened
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Contact manufacturer for instructions.

Chargers and USB Cables

  • Return Period: 30 days. Packaging can be opened but must be returned in good condition.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Replaced in-store

Phones, Tablets, and other cellular devices (Apple):

  • Return Period: 15 days. Must have used less than half of your monthly plan. Must be in new condition or indistinguishable from new. Maximum of 2 device trials per person.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year.  Contact an authorized repair center in Saskatoon:

  • Return Period: 15 days. Must have used less than half of your monthly plan. Must be in new condition or indistinguishable from new. Maximum of 2 device trials per person.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year. Stop in and we will send it away for repair or replacement (the manufacturer decides which).

Fusion Internet Service

  • Return Period: 30 days for equipment ($249.99). No returns on labor or travel charges.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year for equipment (does not cover labor or travel to replace equipment). 30 days on installation.

Special Order Items

  • Return Period: No Returns
  • Warranty Period: Same as usual for that type of item.

Other Products

  • Return Period: 30 days. Packaging can be opened but must be returned in good condition.
  • Warranty Period: 1 year in-store replacement
