All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Cellular Phones & Smartphones

Cellular phones and Smartphones purchased online or by phone may be returned within 30 days of purchase providing:

  • There has been less than 200 minutes of airtime use
  • There has been less than 500 MB of data use
  • The item is returned with all packaging and in near-new condition

Cellular phones and smartphones reserved online but purchased in store may be returned within 15 days of purchase providing:

  • There has been less than 100 minutes of airtime use
  • There has been less than 250 MB of data use
  • The item is returned with all packaging and in near-new condition

Any item that has damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items being returned must be accompanied by all packaging and must be in like-new condition.  Due to hygienic reasons, earphones are non-returnable. 

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

For items purchased online or over the phone we offer two convenient options for return:

1. Items may be returned directly to any Bolt Mobile retail location. 

2. Items purchased online may be returned via mail. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt in the return package. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to items being returned. Items sent COD will not be accepted. Please send returns to the following address:
