A Message of Gratitude — From Our Family to Yours
It’s been a couple of months since the fire that destroyed our Circle Drive location, and we’ve had a lot of time to reflect on what this community means to us.
The response from Saskatoon has been nothing short of incredible — messages of support, familiar faces showing up at our other locations, and an outpouring of kindness that reminded us why we’ve been proud to serve this city for over 35 years.
From the bottom of our hearts: thank you.
What Happened
Shortly after closing on March 13, 2026, a fire broke out at our 710 Circle Drive East location. The Saskatoon Fire Department later confirmed the cause — a faulty e-bike battery that had been brought in by a customer for testing. The fire originated in our battery testing room and spread throughout the building.
It took 60 firefighters more than 12 hours to bring the blaze under control, working through the night with courage and professionalism under incredibly difficult conditions. We are deeply grateful for their dedication.
No civilians or firefighters were injured.
What Comes Next
We are actively searching for a temporary home in the north end of Saskatoon as we rebuild and will keep everyone updated as plans come together. We’re not going anywhere — we’re just figuring out where we’ll be next.
