General

• Before subscribing to a rate plan, you must agree to our Wireless Service terms of service and our Wireless Data Service Plans terms and conditions, which can be found on the Non-tariffed products and services – Wireless page.
• A monthly 911 fee of $2.65 applies to each device.
• All prices and fees are subject to applicable taxes.
• All wireless rate plans provide access to SaskTel selectWI-FI. See Using SaskTel selectWI-FI.
• For all plans that include data, including unlimited plans with and without speed limitations, SaskTel may limit your data speeds, restrict your data usage, or suspend or terminate your service without notice if your use violates the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy or negatively affects our network or service levels. For more information, see Understanding unlimited data, data caps, and usage limits.
• On plans that include data, the wireless data portion of your service is intended for use primarily in Saskatchewan. We reserve the right to limit or deny use of our wireless data plan offerings by customers who are primarily using our data services outside of Saskatchewan. If you use excessive out-of-Saskatchewan data, you may be asked to move to a different SaskTel wireless plan where over-usage charges apply or have your wireless data service cancelled. Exercise of either alternative is at our complete discretion.
• On plans that include data, data cannot be shared across multiple devices (excluding hotspot data and the totalSHARE Watch plan).
• 5G is available to SaskTel postpaid wireless customers who are on a compatible plan, have a SaskTel 5G-certified device, and are in a 5G coverage area. When not in a 5G coverage area, the device will operate on the LTE or 4G networks. 5G-compatible plans include Promo, Unlimited, Basic, totalSHARE Data Only, Mobile Internet, and Smartwatch plans.
• 5G+ is available to SaskTel postpaid wireless customers who are on a compatible plan, have a compatible device, and are in a 5G+ coverage area. When not in a 5G+ coverage area, the device will operate on the 5G, LTE or 4G networks. 5G+-compatible plans include Promo, Unlimited, totalSHARE Data Only, Mobile Internet, and Smartwatch plans.
• HD Voice requires a compatible device and LTE coverage. See Understanding HD Voice.
• When making and receiving calls, airtime and long distance charges may apply, depending on your calling scenario and plan/add-ons you subscribe to. See Understanding wireless airtime and long distance charges.
• Long distance is $0.45/minute for calls from within Canada to anywhere in Canada or the U.S. For long distance rates outside Canada, see International travel rates.
• For plans that don’t include international long distance minutes, international long distance rates apply to calls you place to an international number (outside of Canada or U.S.) from within Canada. See International long distance rates.
• For U.S. voice and data roaming rates, see Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.
• Pay-per-use text message rates apply while roaming outside of Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. See International travel rates.
• For plans that don’t include Canada to International Text Messaging, text messages sent to locations outside of Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean are charged the pay-per-use rate for that country and an additional charge of $0.20/message. See Text messaging to other countries.
• SaskTel uses network-level cyber security to block known malicious sites. Learn more at Cyber Security Blocking.

Promo

• Promo plans are available for a limited time.
• On Promo Nationwide, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.
• Promo BYOD plans are only available to new customers or existing customers activating a new line who bring their own device or buy a device outright.
• Promo plans are not eligible for the Family Discount.

Unlimited

• Unlimited plans include unlimited full-speed data on the primary device. Hotspot data is subject to reduced speeds and is reduced to a maximum of 512 Kbps once the full-speed data amount is reached. Hotspotting allows your device to share its data connection with other devices, such as laptops and tablets. For more information, see the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy.
• Standard Calling Features included are HD Voice, Call Waiting, and Three-way Calling.
• Unlimited Nationwide, Unlimited Canada & U.S., Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, VIP Unlimited Canada & U.S., VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, and Promo plans include unlimited text, picture, and video messaging for messages sent and received while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.
• Unlimited and VIP Unlimited plans include unlimited text messaging in Canada to anywhere in the world.
• For plans that include U.S. usage, the U.S. usage area includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the country of Guam.
• For Unlimited rate plans that include Canada to international calling minutes, only select international countries are included and a $0.10 per minute overage rate applies if the included minutes are exceeded. See International Long Distance Eligible Countries.
• Bring Your Own Device discount is available to new and existing customers with a new activation only.

VIP

• To be eligible for VIP Unlimited plans, you must have linked home services and wireless accounts within your mySASKTEL profile and actively subscribe to maxTV or maxTV Stream and a SaskTel infiNET or interNET plan (excluding Mobile Internet plans). If you do not meet the eligibility conditions, you may be moved to a comparable wireless plan. See sasktel.com/servicesavings for details.
• If you subscribe to VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, you must remain on a VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, Unlimited Canada & U.S., or Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan until your contract ends.

Unlimited Canada & U.S. and VIP Unlimited Canada & U.S.

• The Unlimited Canada & U.S. plan is not eligible for Roam & Relax U.S. travel add-ons.
• If you subscribe to Unlimited Canada & U.S., you must remain on a VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, Unlimited Canada & U.S., or Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan until your contract ends.
• Included hotspot data can be used in Canada and the U.S.

Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico and VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico

• The Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan is not eligible for Roam & Relax U.S. travel add-ons.
• If you subscribe to an Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan, you must remain on a VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, Unlimited Canada & U.S., or Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan until your contract ends.
• Included hotspot data can be used in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

$0 Unlimited Watch

• The $0 Unlimited Watch plan is only available if you are on an Unlimited Canada & U.S., Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico, VIP Unlimited Canada & U.S., or VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan.
• The $0 Unlimited Watch plan is paired with the phone on the eligible Unlimited plan.
• The $0 Unlimited Watch plan offers access to unlimited full-speed data in Canada, which is subject to the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy.
• The $0 Unlimited Watch plan will be cancelled if the paired phone moves to a non-eligible plan or cancels service.
• Only one smartwatch can be activated on the $0 Unlimited Watch plan per eligible voice and data plan.
• Only available on cellular-enabled smartwatches.
• Smartwatch cellular connectivity, including data, calls and texting, will not work outside of Canada. You can connect your watch to your phone with Bluetooth to make and receive calls and texts while travelling outside of Canada. Standard roaming rates from your rate plan will apply.
• The $0 Unlimited Watch plan is exempt from any activation fees.

$0 Tablet 15 GB

• The $0 Tablet 15 GB plan is only available if you are on an Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico or VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan.
• The $0 Tablet 15 GB plan offers access to 15 GB of Canada-wide full-speed data with unlimited data at reduced speeds of up to 512 Kbps. For more information, see the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy.
• There is no voice service or outgoing text messaging included.
• Your $0 Tablet 15 GB plan will be cancelled if you cancel the qualifying wireless plan or change it to an ineligible plan.
• You can activate one $0 Tablet 15 GB plan for each eligible voice and data plan.
• Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico and VIP Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico include one choice of either the $0 Unlimited Watch plan or the $0 Tablet 15 GB plan, not both.
• You can add Speed Restore add-ons to the $0 Tablet 15 GB plan.

Unlimited Nationwide

• On Unlimited Nationwide, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S. and is not taken out of the included data. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.

Basic

• Standard Calling Features included are HD Voice, Call Waiting, and Three-way Calling.
• Plans include unlimited text, picture, and video messaging for messages sent and received while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.
• Bring Your Own Device discount is available to new and existing customers with a new activation only.
• Basic plans are subject to a maximum download speed of 250 Mbps on all data consumed.
• If you subscribe to a Canada & U.S. plan, you must remain on a Canada & U.S. plan until your contract ends.
• Basic plans additional data is $2/100 MB.
• On Basic Nationwide 15, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S.
• Hotspotting allows your device to share its data connection with other devices (e.g. laptops or tablets). Hotspotting is not available with Basic Nationwide 15. See Wireless Data Service Plans terms and conditions.
• Basic plans are not eligible for the Family Discount.

Data Only

Tablet plans

• Additional data on Data 5, Data 15 and Data 25 is $5/100 MB.
• Compatible with 6 Hour Data pass add-on.
• Not compatible with Speed Restore or shareMORE Top-up data add-ons.
• When roaming in the U.S., Tablet plans are charged U.S. Roam & Relax Daily rates. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.
• You can add a Travel Add-on that includes data to a Tablet plan, but you will only have access to the data portion of the travel add-on.

totalSHARE Data Only

• To be eligible for totalSHARE Data Only, you must have a totalSHARE Nationwide, totalSHARE Canada & U.S., totalSHARE Canada, U.S. & Mexico, or VIP plan and you must add the totalSHARE Data Only plan to an existing shared data group.
• totalSHARE Data Only can be added to any data-capable device (phone, tablet, or Mobile Internet device).
• On totalSHARE Data Only, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S. and is not taken out of the included or shared data.

Smartwatch Plans

• Data speeds are reduced to a maximum of 512 Kbps once the full-speed data amount is reached. For more information, see the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy.
• Smartwatches have an activation fee of $20.
• International long distance rates apply to all outgoing and incoming calls to/from an international number (outside of Canada or U.S.) from within Canada.
• Smartwatch cellular connectivity will not work outside of Canada. totalSHARE and Smart Data 1 subscribers can connect their watch to their phone with Bluetooth to make and receive calls and texts while travelling outside of Canada. Standard roaming rates will apply.
• The totalSHARE and Smart Data 1 plans require the smartwatch to be paired with a phone that has a voice & data plan.
• If you are on totalSHARE Watch or Smart Data 1, you must also be on the correct smartwatch plan based on the voice & data plan of the paired phone. If you change the plan of the paired phone, your smartwatch plan may be switched to the correct plan. See Service Savings Eligibility.
• totalSHARE Watch and Smart Data 1 plans include access to the voice and messaging services from the paired phone’s voice and data plan within Canada.
• The Smart Data Standalone 1 plan is only available on Apple Watch devices.

Mobile Internet Plans

• Voice calling is $0.50/min.
• On Mobile Internet Plans, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S. and is not taken out of the data included in the plan or from the additional 20 GB data buckets.
• For best results, Mobile Internet plans are intended for use with a Mobile Internet device, but can be added to any wireless device including phones and tablets.

Other

Talk + Text plan

• Unlimited calling in Canada to Canada & the U.S. can be used from within Canada to anywhere in Canada or the U.S.
• Includes unlimited text, picture, and video messaging, which includes messages sent and received while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.

Talk + Text + Data plans

• Data on the Talk + Text + Data plans is restricted to a maximum network speed of 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload.
• Data speeds are reduced to a maximum of 256 Kbps once the full-speed data amount is reached on Talk + Text + Data 15. For more information, see the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy.
• Additional data on Talk + Text + Data 35 is $10/100 MB.
• Additional airtime minutes on Talk + Text + Data 15 are $0.30/minute.
• Plans include unlimited text messaging, which includes sent and received messages while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.
• A pay-per-use rate of $0.75/sent message applies to video, picture, and other MMS messages. Learn why a text message might be charged as a picture message.
• These plans are not eligible for 6 Hour Data Pass or Speed Restore add-ons.
• To be eligible for these plans, you must bring your own device, or purchase a device at the Device Only retail price.
• You are not eligible for these plans if you have any outstanding early device upgrade balance or Plus Pricing payments remaining, or if you are currently on Fast Forward.
• These plans are not eligible for any additional discounts such as the Bring Your Own Device discount, bundle discount, or student discount.

Safety plan

A bill will be sent if there are overages for the month; otherwise, only a detailed usage report will be sent which shows how many minutes were used.

Additional voice minutes are $1.00/min. in Canada.

When roaming in the U.S., once you’ve used the voice minutes included in your plan, the Roam & Relax U.S. Daily voice rate will apply. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.

Pay-Per-Use Video/Picture/other MMS messages are $0.75/sent message. Learn why a text message might be charged as a picture message.

911 fees are included in the yearly fee.

Features may not be added or changed.

To be eligible for a device discount, the wireless phone must be purchased at the beginning of your contract.

Device discounts are not allowed for terms longer than one year.

Device Plus Pricing is only available for the Device Only retail price of a device.
